To ensure you receive the most authentic and delicious Napoli style pizza (which is far easier for the body to digest) your pizza dough is hand made two days prior. This is part of the special 48 hour fermentation process. At your wedding or event we hand stretch each and every pizza. We only use the finest quality topping ingredients.
With Amore’s pizza van hire we can be your sole caterers or work alongside other caterers or bar team. All these factors go into making us the best event & wedding pizza catering on the Sunshine Coast.
We also provide anti-pasto grazing boards/tables and salads if required.
We can provide Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Vegan options on request.
